I am passionate about the potential of real estate in changing lives

Let me show you how to buy your first home, in your budget, without all the worry or surprises. When I bought my first home, I was so confused through the whole process, like I was figuring everything out as we went. I didn't have good representation, had no idea what to budget for or what was next, and had a lot of surprise payments. And when the home wasn't completed on time and my apartment lease was up, I ended up living in a hotel for three weeks with a Great Dane and two cats. It was horrible! And expensive. About Beth

Originally an east coast country girl, I transplanted from Pennsylvania to Colorado in 2010. Although I’ve never been a fan of snow or cold (as I sit under a warm, fuzzy blanket right now) it didn’t take me long to fall in love with all that Colorado has to offer. 300+ days of sunshine a year is not something I take for granted! I met my husband, Mike, in 2013 and began the journey as step-mom to our now teenager, Miles. He is the gift in my life I never knew I wanted! Faith in Jesus is the cornerstone of my life, and we are heavily involved in our church community. We have two sweet & utterly naughty fur children, Colt & Ruger. If you have dogs, yes I want to meet them and no I don’t mind if they jump, lick, or get hair on me :) When not working hard for my clients, you will likely find me enjoying a cup of coffee with a friend, having a beer at one of our favorite local breweries, or watching reruns of Schitt’s Creek. If the weather is nice, Mike & I may be out for a ride on his Indian Scout -- one of our favorite things to do together is drive through the country and check out beautiful homes and neighborhoods.

I also love making my own earrings, and own more Starbucks tumblers than I’d like to admit... there’s always a new sparkly one I have my eye on. I’m a big fan of podcasts & audio books since I get plenty of driving time in - my current faves are about the Enneagram (I’m a 1) or real estate education & business practices... I would love to hear your recommendations!
